Elle here! I'm your run-of-the-mill, fellow ADHD Adult, who is now a trauma-informed certified ADHD Coach. I have lived all over the country, from Minneapolis to Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Vershire (Vermont!).

I came to ADHD coaching somewhat selfishly, trying to figure out my own story. Why couldn't I follow through with anything? Why did I feel like I was different, lacking some critical part that gave other people energy and drive? Why didn't I trust (or like 🥴) myself?

​

After trying ADHD coaching for myself, and listening to a ton of podcasts about ADHD, I began my coaching career at ADDCA, The ADD Coach Academy.

​

 I spent 119 hours learning about ADHD, taking classes, training with mentor coaches, and connecting with incredible ADHD coaches around the globe. I have since spent the last year and a half and over 100 hours refining my coaching process with clients.

​

While a part of me pursued this path to learn about myself, I was thrilled to find that I loved coaching and connecting with those who wanted to learn more about themselves too. When we take time to learn what we need to succeed, we can let go of the stories that no longer serve us. We get to write new ones, with us as the cool, caring, self-sufficient protagonist who gets to live the life of their dreams. I can't wait to be a steward on the road back to you.

 

As it turns out, all of the best people I know have ADHD.

My loves include: strategic board games, beach reads (helloo Emily Henry), parenthesis, playful people, astrology, crafts, and restaurants that don't charge extra for gluten-free bread.
